Two modes

Engineer a capability into a host

Scientific Research Record
Every scientific claim becomes a traceable record.
The record is the canonical scientific state. Nothing in a report may assert a claim that is not in the record and has not passed its verification gate. Refuted claims are not shown as assertions; they surface as unresolved, with the reason attached.
The platform is designed to make unsupported claims detectable and traceable. It does not claim absolute scientific correctness.
Scientific consistency gate
Between route generation and simulation, every step is reconciled: compound identity, stoichiometry, EC to reaction, protein to EC, protein to organism, literature and cross-database. A simulation over an unreconciled pathway is downgraded to conditional, not verified.
Host feasibility gate
A systems-level feasibility matrix across nine dimensions - cofactor availability, compartment, transport, redox, oxygen, partner proteins, toxicity, downstream assimilation and metabolite compartment. A failure is never a dead end; the gate reasons a way forward.
Verification coverage matrix
Instead of a single confidence number, coverage is reported across pathway completeness, reaction identity, EC, protein, organism, literature, kinetics and simulation. Where evidence is missing, that is shown rather than hidden.
Adversarial validation
Measured against a frozen benchmark
A frozen adversarial suite, opened read-only during evaluation. The metric that matters most is unsupported claims that reach verified.
Frozen suite of 41 cases, deepseek-chat via OpenRouter. Key-EC recovery on the same run was 66 percent, reported openly as a retrieval limit rather than hidden.
