About
Built for research that does not fit inside one tool.
Octara is a scientific software platform that brings several specialized computational workstations into one coherent environment: microfluidic engineering, molecular design, metabolic reasoning and field biology.
How we work
A few principles
Real tools over claims
The strongest thing Octara can show is its own output. Engines and databases do the computation; the language model orchestrates and explains.
Honest gaps
Where a method is a screening-grade approximation, or a number is not yet validated, the platform says so.
Evidence attached
A result carries the model and provenance that produced it, so it can be judged rather than trusted.
Origin
Made by a researcher and engineer
Octara is created by Ahmed Amine Sadouk. It grew out of building real scientific tools and wanting them to share one interface, one project model and one standard of evidence, rather than living as separate scripts and applications.
The platform is in limited release. Microfluidics is the most mature workstation; the others are in active development.
